The display name is automatically generated based on your first name + last name in your Tekla Online profile unless you define something else.
If your name is equal to the name of someone else (First name Last name) who has already logged in to the forum, the ID number will automatically be added to your display name on the forum like this First name Lastname (12345).
There are two possible ways to fix this:
- If you know that you might have two profiles on the forum (an old one and the current one you are using), forum administrators can merge your profiles on the forum into one. In that case, please contact us using the Contact Us form.
- If your display name is equal to the display name of another user on the forum, please go to your Tekla Online profile, enter a different display name into the Display name field and save the changes. Log out from all Tekla Online services and log in again to the forum, your display name on the forum will be updated with the changes you made to your display name in your Tekla Online profile.
